Booking Policies

Check-out Time: 12:00

ID Requirements 
Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Additionally, a valid credit card will also be required at check-in. Guests must be 18 years old and older with valid identification to reserve a room.

Early Check –in: 
In case of early check-in prior to 07:00 am, an extra 100% charge of a room rate per night will be added to final bill.
In case of early check-in after 07:00 am an extra 50% charge of a room rate per night will be added to final bill.

Late check-out:
In case of late check-out prior to 19:00 pm an extra 50% charge of room rate per night will be added to final bill
In case of late check-out after 19:00 pm an extra 100% charge of a room rate per night will be added to final  bill.
NOTE: Early check-in or a late check-out are subject to room availability.

Early Departure Policy 
In case of early departure, 24 hours’ notice of the revised departure date is required to avoid 1 night penalty.

Payment policy
A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation (pre-authorization may be required). 
Payment for accommodation and additional services can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or by Visa, Master or American Express credit cards.

Cancellation policy
Please pay attention to reservation and cancellation conditions while making reservation via hotel web-page or directly with the hotel reservation department. The cancellation period and cancellation fee may vary depending on room tariff.

Child policy 
Children aged 0 – 5 :
The accommodation is free of charge if the child stays with its parents in a room with no additional bed.
Children aged 6 -12 :
The accommodation is at 5000 AMD extra charge. 
Children over the age of 12 :
In terms of prices of accommodation and meals, persons who are over the age of 12 are considered adults. 
Cost of an extra bed is 10,000 AMD per night including breakfast. 

Smoking Policy 
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A penalty of 70,000 AMD will be charged if the guest smoke in the room.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome! 
We have a pet friendly policy and we allow our guests to bring in their pets during their stay at additional cost of 25,000 AMD. 
Pets cannot be left in the room without supervision. 
The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by animals.
